BILLETING RESERVATIONS Reservations are strongly recommended, especially during the most common PCS months of May through September. You must provide your name, rank, SSAN, amount of individuals, arrival date and a VISA or Master Card number. If you’re going to arrive after midnight of the day of your reservation, you must call prior to midnight and arrange for a late check-in or you will lose your reservation. Finally, military members are entitled to 30 days temporary lodging. You are allowed 30 days on base. On a space available basis, you may extend your stay, however, if on base lodging is full, you may be required to go off base.
